Email Types

Emails sent from instructor to students are considered transactional emails. There are three options available for website owners to send emails to enrolled users. 

This setting is found under Integrations -> Mail Types.

  1. Sendgrid - You must have a plan from Sendgrid to make use of this option. You need to create a key on Sendgrid platform in order to use this option. Click this link on Sendgrid to know more. 

  2. Mailchimp - Mailchimp is slightly more involved process as you need to enter a lot of information for this to work. Click this link from Mailchimp to know more. 

Important: You can provide the "To Email" address which will tell us what email to use to send an email to the registered users. 

  1. RNP Email Server - If you intend to leave email sending to us, we'd use our own server but the "To Email" cannot be changed. All emails will be sent from [email protected].
