Why doesn't my website doesn't have https enabled?
In some rare cases either SSL creation fails or there is a delay in the SSL becoming active. If your SSL doesn't become active after 24hours, please send us an email at [email protected]
How can I change the purchased plan?
If you have purchased the plan from ReviewNPrep.io, you can upgrade or downgrade the plan by navigating to your profile and clicking on Payments and Plans on the left side menu. The plan sub-menu would have the option to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
If you are existing instructor on RNP marketplace, you can upgrade or downgrade the plan from the main instructor portal on https://reviewnprep.com/marketplace/white_label.
How can I login to ReviewNPrep Marketplace?
From your ReviewNPrep.io account, navigate to Profile and scroll to the bottom where it says "Enable/Disable Marketplace Login". Toggle this option to on for logging into RNP marketplace. Once on, you can control your content from RNP marketplace.
How can I put my course on ReviewNPrep Marketplace?
There are two ways to put your course on ReviewNPrep.
The easiest way is to also control your content from RNP marketplace. Check above step on how to login to RNP marketplace. Once you login to the RNP marketplace, navigate to your course from the left hand side menu. Each course has a setting of Marketplace, Whitelabel and Marketplace & Whitelabel. Select the Marketplace & Whitelabel option to put your course on ReviewNPrep.
Note: Courses put on RNP Marketplace uses our Payment Gateway. A small transaction fee will be charged using our Payment Gateway. This fee generally is close to 5%. This covers the cost of using our Payment Gateway and transferring the amount to your account.
The second way is to list your course without all the details. Use the following link to list your course - https://reviewnprep.com/courses.
