Email Templates

There are 7 email templates available that you can edit and use to send emails to the students. 

Note: The default email used will be [email protected]. If you want to override that, you can do that from the Integrations->Mail Types.  **Note: For any transactional email sent through [email protected], you need to change the templates to reflect your school settings. Not doing so, will not send the transactional emails. **

RNP Currently Supports Sendgrid and Mailchimp to send transactional emails. These settings can be updated in the Mail Types option under Integrations. Alternatively, you can use our default RNP server to send emails. 

NOTE: Using default email could sometimes result in the emails being dropped in Junk/Spam folder.

**NOTE: **You should **never delete the text between the "##" signs as that is an indicator of what fields to be filled at the time of sending emails. **
