Refunds

Based on your terms and conditions, there is an option to remove the course from user profile if a refund is issued. 

NOTE: Refunds do not reverse the transaction in your payment gateway. Please take an action in your respective payment gateway.

For removing the purchased course from student profile, go to orders and under Actions click on the red icon as shown below: 

Clicking on this would remove the course from the student profile. Next manual step for instructor/admin is to go to the payment gateway to reverse the transaction.
